Currently, all our referrals need to come through a professionals.
We are happy to share all our policies and procedures to put our providers at ease when referring to our organisation.
Upon introductions. We will send across some terms of working along with our referral form.
We are always happy to discuss things further you only need to ask
1. All our policies and procedures are available on request to view. We are a transparent service and are happy to answer any questions you may have.
2. We are a consistent service who keep in regular contact with the provider and feedback from both the student and caller is crucial for our service.
3. We will never turn down a client without speaking with them ourselves first.
It is important to note that we are not a counselling service and that our students are not trained therapists, due to the nature of studies although we may have more experience in what some would class as more difficult conversations it is important to note that we are not yet professionals.
This is an opportunity for our students to develop in the practice whist also befriending someone who is lonely and in need of support.
